From 176 lbs to 152 lbs. I have been dieting and training very hard for about 2 1/2 months now in an attempt to lose weight and get my body in shape. I have a long ways to go but I am proud of the progress I’ve made so far and can’t wait to see what the results will be a year from now. I am excited to be beginning this transformation in my life.
